01Mental Wellness & Personal GrowthParticipants begin with themselves — self-awareness, identity, values, emotional regulation, stress management and resilience.Month 1 02Basic Counselling SkillsActive listening, empathy, questioning, rapport, boundaries, confidentiality and referral awareness — applied within a clearly defined non-clinical scope.Month 2 03Leadership & IntegrityLeadership, integrity, communication, conflict resolution, decision-making and accountability in workplaces and communities.Month 3

what it costs

One fee, two ways to pay it.

Full course fee — N$3,000 for the 3-month programme. Or N$1,000 per month for three months.

Administrative fee: N$190. Non-refundable and separate from the training fee. Paid once, up front.

The subsidised rate is available to pensioners, persons with disabilities, and underprivileged households on proof of limited funds.
